Can I change my order once it has been confirmed?
Only in certain situations can you change your order before it is dispatched. You can only change the color of the hair you have ordered and it must be the same price as to what you have paid. If your order is completely different, then just call us to cancel the order before it is sent out.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your item(s) are dispatched, we will email you with the tracking number. You can then track the parcel via the Royal Mail Website.

I’ve received the wrong order
In the rarest cases, if this ever occurs, just contact us for a returns form, and then send it back to us and we will dispatch your order again.
I’ve received a faulty item
If you have a faulty item, contact us for a returns form and send it back to us and we will investigate the matter in depth. Once we are certain the product(s) have not been tampered with in any way, we will replace the item (within 14 days)
I’m missing an item from my order
Every order that is ever sent out goes through a rigorous process to ensure this never happens. In the event that it did happen however, we would investigate the matter at hand and resolve it within 14 days.
If something is out of stock can I be notified when it's back in stock?
Absolutely! If a color or a length is out of stock, you can recieve a notification via email for when it is next in stock.
I can’t find the correct colour match
Don't worry, you can order our Bonita Hair Colour Rings or simply request a Free Hair Extension Sample of the colour!

Our hair quality is graded at AAAA+
Where do you get your extensions from?
Our hair is ethically sourced from Indian Temples. Locals donate their hair to the temple and then the temple sell it on. The money is then returned back into the local community to help pay for schools, roadworks, buildings and given to those in need.
How much is in a pack?
We sell 25 strands per pack but we pack the hair extension packaging in 50 strands per pack.
How many packs do I need?
It completely depends on the client that the hair extensions are being installed onto. At most using Single Drawn Hair Extensions, you will need 200 strands (keep 25 strands for re-fittings)
What delivery options do you offer?
1st class recorded delivery, next day delivery, special before 1pm delivery, special before 9am delivery, international delivery.
How much does delivery cost?

Will I be charged for customs & import duties in the UK?
No. Customs does not need to be paid within the UK as we are a UK company based in England.
How long will dispatch/delivery take?
We dispatch orders the same working day if they are purchased before 3pm. After 3pm, orders are sent out the following day. This will highly affect your order delivery date so please choose carefully for what time you are ordering.
Delivery dates are usually 1-3 working days
What if I am not in at the time of delivery?
All our UK delivery options are signed for, so if you are not in, the Royal Mail will leave you a delivery note telling you how to retrieve your parcel.
